WCCF RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I am a voluntary participant in West County Community Farm’s CSA program and in my attendance on the property. I have read and will abide by the farm Safety Guidelines at all times.

I hereby agree to and accept any and all risks of injury or harm in my participation in West County Community Farm’s CSA program. I will have all guests I bring to the farm sign this waiver at the sign-in table. If I have children with me, I will supervise them at all times and I will never leave them unattended on the farm. I further understand and agree that I am not covered by workers’ compensation for any injury I incur which arises out of my voluntary participation on the property.

By signing the membership agreement, I hereby agree and understand that I, my assignees, heirs, distributes, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of West County Community Farm LLC, or any of its affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from the negligence or other acts, however caused, by any employee, agent, officer, director, contractor or volunteer of West County Community Farm or any of their affiliated organizations. I hereby release West County Community Farm LLC, the landowners, and any of their affiliated organizations from all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may have hereafter for any injury or damage resulting from my participation in the CSA program or attendance on the property.
